Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Webently ERP (“the Service”), operated by Ambient Lounge Norge AS, organisation number 916 815 700, Ilaveien 35, 1605 Fredrikstad, Norway (“Webently”, “we”). By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Webently ERP is a multi-tenant, web-based CRM/ERP for small teams, providing CRM, projects and tasks, time tracking, leads, chat, and optional Google Calendar sync. We may add, change, or remove features over time. Each workspace’s data is logically isolated from other workspaces.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and within workspaces you administer.
• The workspace administrator is responsible for managing members and their access.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, or to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other workspaces, or its underlying systems;
• disrupt or overload the Service, or circumvent its security or rate limits;
• reverse engineer the Service except to the extent permitted by mandatory law;
• use the Service to send spam or to process personal data in violation of applicable law.

• The Service costs 99 NOK per team member, per month (per seat), billed through our payment processor, Stripe.
• New workspaces start with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin the trial.
• After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription. Charges are based on the number of active members in your workspace.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are exclusive of any applicable VAT or taxes, which are added where required. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You and your organisation retain all rights to the data and content you put into the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and maintain the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and lawful basis for the data you store, including any personal data of third parties.

The Service itself — its software, design, and trademarks — is owned by Webently / Ambient Lounge Norge AS and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Service integrates with third-party providers (for example Google, Stripe, Brevo, and DigitalOcean). Your use of those integrations may also be subject to the relevant third party’s terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Webently shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including the rights of consumers.

You may stop using the Service and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. We will give reasonable notice of material changes through the Service; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
